Associate Solutions Consultant

Summary

Join Carrot Fertility as an Associate Solutions Consultant and become a plan design, product, and service offering expert for the Commercial team. This collaborative role involves working across all facets of Carrot's business, crafting solutions that meet client needs, and supporting senior consultants. You will provide deal support, partner with the implementation team, and stay updated on market trends and Carrot's evolving product offerings. Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience
• Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech space
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Have a deep understanding of how all facets of the plan design work together, including compliance considerations, and thoughtfully craft solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Serve as a collaborative partner across all sales channels and subject matter expert in all parts of the product
• Support Senior Solutions Consultants and Solutions Architects, as needed
• Provide on-demand deal support for SMB and MM Account Executives via weekly office hours
• Partner with the implementation team to support customer/partner implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales of similar size and scope to Carrots target opportunities
• Experience selling to HR buyers
• A passion for problem-solving and finding the best-fit solution
