Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, market research, and business development strategies
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and financial modeling
• Familiarity with competitive analysis, trend analysis, and strategic forecasting methods
• Knowledge of industry research methods and business strategy frameworks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the company’s long-term business objectives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the market
• Support the creation of strategic presentations, reports, and business proposals for leadership review
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to assess the success of strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and effective execution
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business planning and strategic decision-making
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategic planning workshops to contribute innovative solutions and ideas
