Requirements

• 5+ years experience in managing and administering Order-to-Cash applications (Netsuite, Salesforce, Certinia, Workday, revenue accounting systems like Netsuite ARM)
• Experience in multiple aspects of a full-scale implementation: vendor selection, requirements gathering, architectural design, user acceptance testing, and rollout training
• Understanding and demonstrated experience with current revenue recognition guidance under ASC 606
• Domain expertise in the customer and transaction lifecycle from New Product Introductions through Revenue Reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile software development environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form solid relationships cross-functionally
• Strong quantitative critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm and aptitude for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of ambiguity
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand despite changes in work scope or focus

Responsibilities

• Act as the main Business Systems Analyst supporting Neo4j’s Finance team
• Optimize the usability of applications in order-to-cash ecosystem with the experience of our stakeholders and customers in mind, including business process design, implementations, training, and post-go-live support
• Play a significant role in building the larger financial systems roadmap and ensure alignment with driving independent and collaborative initiatives from problem definition to sustained deployment
• Maintain professional knowledge and skills relating to your functional domain to make relevant and impactful recommendations for process and service improvements and efficiencies
