Business Systems Analyst in United States

Summary

The job is for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Analyst at Podium. The role involves working with business partners to identify system requirements, facilitating requirement gathering meetings, evaluating existing business processes, collaborating on solution approaches, and solving complex problems related to the GTM & CS application suite.

Requirements

• You are highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment and able to thrive within ambiguity
• Experience with Go-to-Market operations and relevant platforms for Sales and Marketing teams (Salesforce and Marketo are a must)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce.com, including automation and flow experience
• Deep understanding of the Lead to Opportunity and overarching customer lifecycle business process
• Deep analytical capabilities with experience writing queries (SQL) and using data visualization tools, including Sigma, Tableau, etc
• Minimum of 2 years experience in business process and/or requirements gathering
• Experience working in complex, enterprise, global Salesforce implementations
• Experience working in a business process team and coordinating process efforts across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to perform efficiently within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Enterprise business solutioning experience for large corporations

Responsibilities

• Work with Podium’s business partners to identify, define, and clarify the scope of problems/issues in terms of system requirements and processes
• Understand key Go-to-Market (Marketing + Sales) operational processes and be comfortable strategizing with department stakeholders on the best technical solutions
• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings, communicate complex business needs into clear, actionable systems requirements, research and evaluate alternative solutions with our business team members
• Evaluate the design of existing business processes & systems to judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage, maintainability, and cost of ownership
• Understand and articulate data requirements and data quality standards related to business application projects
• Collaborate with other analysts and project contributors to create comprehensive and cohesive solution approaches
• Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions related to the GTM & CS application suite (Salesforce Sales Cloud, etc) while driving for OOTB solutions and articulating the pros/cons of customizations
• Work with a dedicated team (Admin, Developer, Program Manager) to build a best-in-class GTM and Customer Success flow across multiple systems

Preferred Qualifications

Technical implementation consulting experience is a plus
