Responsibilities

• Evaluate processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Establish specifications for new projects by developing project scope and key activities
• Document and communicate the results of analytical efforts
• Verify with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs and ensure completed work aligns with initiative scope
• Analyze data to inform business decisions
• Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize
• Determine system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
• Complete management reporting and obtain approval for system development projects
• Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services
• Report common patterns, questions, and other issues to management
• Other duties as assigned
