Business Systems Engineer

Summary

You will analyze, enhance, and automate business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions. This role requires expertise in full-stack development, process optimization, and software integration. You will leverage your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous efficiency gains. The position offers the opportunity to significantly impact organizational effectiveness and reports to the IT Director. Requirements

• Be skilled in full-stack development, with experience designing and integrating end-to-end software solutions
• Possess proven expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, integrating software systems, and automating tasks to improve efficiency
• Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Showcase demonstrated success in a similar role, focusing on process optimization and technology integration
• Possess familiarity with software systems, automation tools, and compliance considerations
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements for optimizing business workflows, implementing enterprise solutions, and ensuring seamless cross-functional integration
• Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and automation
• Utilize technology to streamline repetitive tasks and create integrations between various corporate systems
• Support the selection, customization, and implementation of technology solutions that align with Midnight’s operational needs and growth objectives
• Conduct thorough testing to confirm that enterprise technology implementations meet business requirements and function effectively
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing operational processes
• Partner with departments across the organization to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with project management and data protection
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Have knowledge of blockchain technology
