Summary

Join Certus as a B2P Sales Representative and achieve monthly sales targets by contacting industry professionals about their license education needs. Help professionals identify necessary courses and enroll them, meeting call and income goals for monthly commissions. The position is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, offering an hourly rate of $16 and average monthly commissions of $1,500 (uncapped). Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls based on company provided leads
  • Prospecting of potential, existing, and past customers
  • Process payments and handle questions for inbound callers
  • Generate sales by helping licensed tradespeople with their education requirements
  • Make outbound sales phone calls to customers; existing, potential, and past
  • In conjunction with customers, create reoccurring call and purchase plans
  • Anticipate and identify ways to grow accounts, including upsells, referrals, and renewals
  • Explore opportunities with existing accounts for upsell and expansion of existing contracts
  • Anticipate, identify, and escalate accounts that are in jeopardy and make recommendations on course of action
  • Articulate value by conducting effective product demonstrations
  • Provide strategic direction to help customers meet business goals, overcome objections and impediments
  • Partner with internal teams as needed to address specific customer concerns
  • Manage and monitor the relationship health of accounts, mitigate risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Provide ongoing account support with regularly scheduled check-in points
  • Regularly share deal wins and losses for win/loss analysis
