Join DeepHealth's growing Global Business Transformation team as a Business Transformation Manager. This impactful role requires leveraging your expertise in advisory, process management, project management, and change management to drive meaningful change and accelerate value realization. You will lead initiatives enhancing business value through collaboration and creative efforts, focusing on establishing essential operating rhythms and processes across various functions. The position involves working with stakeholders, developing change management strategies, optimizing workflows, and building compelling business cases. You will work effectively in a remote environment with travel to key US locations. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence on DeepHealth's future.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in advisory/project/program/change management at the enterprise level for technology and process initiatives
- 5+ years of experience developing program initiatives with strong business case proposals and supporting budgets
- Strong change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication planning, and resistance management
- Experience acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in at least two major enterprise application deployments (CRM, ERP, HRIS), with a strong understanding of Lead Generation, Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, and Delivery & Service processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis, correlation assessments, and impact evaluation
- Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to influence diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Excel and (dashboard) reporting tools to help teams build dashboards to track progress and performance
- Expertise in enterprise tools such as CRM and CPQ (preferably Salesforce and integrated solutions)
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to build enterprise and team-level presentations and reports
- Experience navigating highly regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, finance, or environmental sectors
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience; MBA desired
- Certifications or in-house training in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies
- Change management training (e.g., PROSCI or in-house equivalent)
- Project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) or relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide transformation projects that impact back-office operations and drive value through people, process, and technology investments
- Co-Facilitate working sessions to brainstorm, align priorities, and mobilize cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including toolkits, training, and communication plans to drive adoption and engagement
- Building strategic communication plans that drive excitement and adoption of initiatives
- Drive integration efforts, helping teams transition from a start-up to a scale-up mindset within a large organization, including refining foundational processes
- Optimize process workflows, focusing on CRM, CPQ, and operational improvements (preferably Salesforce and integrated tools)
- Leverage your analytic skills to build compelling business cases and investment proposals
- Lead workshops and training sessions to improve collaboration, gain buy-in, and foster alignment
- Collaborate to develop enterprise and team-level presentations (slideware) to communicate transformation progress and goals
- Work effectively in a remote environment, ensuring strong collaboration across DeepHealth global teams in the USA (all time zones), EU and India
- Travel to key locations in the USA, such as Boston, South Carolina, and Arizona to provide on-site support for transformation initiatives
