Summary

The job is for a C++ Team Lead position in a Quantitative Trading company. The role involves leading a team, providing connectivity for new exchanges, optimizing existing connectors, integrating support for new data types, refactoring solutions to enhance scalability, and delivering new functionality. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, knowledge of networks and interaction protocols, experience with modern standards of C++ (17/20), experience with handling large volumes of incoming data, multithreading programming, understanding of CPU memory models, knowledge of algorithms and data structures, and a decent level of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in real-time development with sub-microsecond latency
• Experience in HFT, telecommunication, or game development
