Requirements

• Initial experience in dialog marketing/call center or private customer service
• Enjoy working on the phone and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work style
• Teamwork and a hands-on mentality distinguish you
• You bring a positive basic attitude and a healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form – English skills are advantageous, as is confident handling of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of telephone contact and be available to customers for general inquiries
• Unburden the sales team by processing customer inquiries outside the sales process
• In close collaboration with colleagues from other departments, research the current status of orders and ensure a smooth customer journey
• Achieve your personal and team goals regarding quality and quantity
• Contribute to customers receiving their new car as quickly as possible – with our unique glass truck and directly to their doorstep!
