Summary
Join Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health as a Call Center Agent I and work remotely, with on-site training required. This full-time position involves handling a high volume of calls, scheduling appointments, resolving patient issues, and maintaining excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and multitasking skills, along with a year of medical office experience (preferred). Responsibilities
- Answer assigned department/queue overflow calls
- Answer an average of 150+ calls daily
- Confirm patient information
- Make/cancel/reschedule appointments
- Monitor requests daily
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
