Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding and purchasing Vyve products and services
• Handle billing inquiries and process payments
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to phone, internet, or cable services
• Provide high-quality sales and customer service experiences
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a minimum of two years of customer service and sales experience
• Have a college degree
