Requirements
- Have 2 β 4 years of Call Center experience in β Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing
- Possess an upbeat personality that is driven for success
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time
- Have the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure
- Have the ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment
- Have knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM
- Have the ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
- Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback
- Be results and goal-oriented
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Use professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments
- Communicate appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs
- Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information
- Maintain professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale
- Enter data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call
- Respond to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience
