Requirements

  • Have 2 – 4 years of Call Center experience in – Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing
  • Possess an upbeat personality that is driven for success
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity by doing the right thing every time
  • Have the ability to establish rapport and credibility with customers and peers while using a pleasant voice and maintaining composure
  • Have the ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment
  • Have knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM
  • Have the ability to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
  • Be receptive to constant coaching and feedback
  • Be results and goal-oriented
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have High-Speed Internet (minimum requirement 100 Mbps download)
  • Have a Windows Operating System
  • Have an i5 computer processor with 8GB of ram
  • Have a Printer/Scanner
  • Have a Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers
  • Have a USB Headset

Responsibilities

  • Use professional communication etiquette and listening skills to answer a variety of inbound sales calls, effectively and compassionately guiding customers and scheduling appointments
  • Communicate appropriately in both a scripted and non-scripted environment, with the ability to have an impromptu and authentic conversation that builds rapport by focusing on each customer's specific needs
  • Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns over the course of the call (applying persuasion techniques to influence as appropriate) -- always presenting the most accurate product and service information
  • Maintain professional composure when actively asking customers for the sale
  • Enter data into the system in real-time, editing for accuracy during the call
  • Respond to incoming e-mail correspondence in an articulate and comprehensible manner that enhances the overall customer experience
