Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One Year of customer service experience that requires the use of a software application to assist customers, preferably in a call center environment
- Employees must have the ability to work an assigned eight (8) hour schedule starting as early as 7:00 am and ending as late as 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday
- Excellent data entry and typing skills; preferably must be able to type 35 wpm
- Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgency
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound phone calls into appointments, follow communication βscriptsβ when handling different customer enquiries
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Participate in team meetings, 1:1 meetings and ongoing training as assigned by a leader within the National Inside Sales Center
