Call Center Sales Associate

Summary

The job is for a full-time Call Center Sales Associate at a top water purification company in the North East. The role involves communicating with customers to ensure smooth purchasing and installation processes, assisting with customer issues, providing quotes, and setting appointments. The hourly rate is $18+ an hour, plus $100 per sale closed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of call center/customer service experience preferred
• Must be able to work in office in Newark, Delaware area
• Should be organized and detail oriented
• Should be able to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails to assist with any potential or current customer issues and questions
• Set appointments for customers inquiring about our water purification services
• Problem solve to handle customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist with basic administrative duties
