Summary

Join Unit4, a fast-growing cloud company revolutionizing ERP software, as a Customer Marketing Campaign Specialist for a 12-month interim position. You will plan, create, and execute global marketing campaigns targeting existing customers, focusing on an excellent customer experience and consistent journey. Lead cross-sell campaigns across various departments and drive initiatives around SaaS solutions and cloud migration. This highly operational role involves managing a global customer campaign mix using digital marketing technologies. Collaborate with various teams, including the Global Demand Center and regional field marketing. This position reports to the Global Customer Marketing Director and is a 12-month interim opportunity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of campaign management experience, ideally in a B2B cloud software company
  • Strong writing skills in English are required; additional European language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably within marketing or similar
  • A great storyteller who understands messaging across multiple phases of the customer journey
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics, and B2B pipeline processes
  • Comfortable exploring and adopting new digital marketing technologies, with a passion for staying current on tools and trends to optimize customer engagement
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics for campaign enhancements
  • Strong campaign management experience required, especially related to digital campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multiple projects in parallel
  • A highly structured, process-oriented, and organized working style is essential
  • Experience of project management tools
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo and 6sense is required

Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple global campaigns together with global teams and regions
  • Coordinate campaign content creation such as factsheets, videos, whitepapers, landing pages, and email nurtures at an operational level
  • Work with various business stakeholders and solution experts across the business on campaign structure and content creation definitions
  • Work with global and regional marketing teams on campaign localizations and execution
  • Build up and execute on webinars for our existing customer base, with end-to-end project management ownership
  • Support customer communication and content, including newsletters, community articles, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Track, monitor, and report on progress toward quarterly and annual goals; continuously analyze campaign performance to optimize and identify gaps
  • Oversee database of existing customer accounts and the key roles within them, including augmenting and expanding contact and account data
  • Communicate key programs and assets to internal stakeholders as requested, across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in field marketing roles is a plus
  • Previous sales, demand generation, or customer success experience in a B2B cloud software company is a plus
  • Experience of ERP, HR, Procurement and Finance solution B2B marketing is highly beneficial
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial
