Campus Recruitment Intern, Remote - India, Philippines

Summary

The job is for a Campus Recruitment Intern at Fresh Prints, a fast-growing American start-up specializing in custom apparel. The intern will work directly with the Recruiting Team Manager to source, qualify, and convert leads into Campus Managers. The role requires exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, great interpersonal skills, and LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Great interpersonal and people skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn
• Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed individual goals
• Screen potential CM candidates
• Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team
• Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals
• Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics
• Coordinate with our interview & training teams

Preferred Qualifications

• LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred
• Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred

Benefits

• Base pay- $150 and NSA $50 for the first 3 months
• PPO after 3 months:. $600 per month + $80 NSA
• Internship Period: 3 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance
• Recommendation letter after completion of 3 month internship period
