Join Fresh Prints as a Campus Recruitment Intern and help drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at this fast-growing American start-up. As a key member of the Recruiting Team, you'll source, qualify, and convert leads into Campus Managers, working directly with our Recruiting Team Manager.
Requirements
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- LinkedIn sourcing experience is preferred
- Outbound sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different project
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals
- Screen potential CM candidates
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team
- Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics
- Coordinate with our interview & training teams
Benefits
- First 3 Months- $200 (Base pay- $150 and NSA $50)
- PPO after 3 months: $600 per month + $80 NSA
- Internship Period: 3 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance
- Recommendation letter after completion of 3 month internship period
