People Operations Intern

Summary

The job is an internship position in People Operations at SHIELD, a device-first risk AI platform. The role involves supporting the recruitment process, talent sourcing, campus recruit events, social media branding content creation, and employee engagement activities. The candidate should be a penultimate or graduating student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or relevant courses, have excellent interpersonal skills, be a motivated self-starter, quick to adapt, a strong problem solver with excellent communication skills, and have good time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or relevant courses from a local university
• Penultimate/graduating students welcomed to apply
• Able to commit for 5-6 months

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the full recruitment process to hire the best talents for SHIELD
• Assist with talent sourcing for high-priority job openings
• Support campus recruit events including career fairs and company talks
• Social media company branding content creation
• Support and facilitate employee engagement and welfare activities
