Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in hospital administration, patient care operations, medical insurance, digital health, public health, pilot studies, clinical trials, or healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with system-level healthcare processes and issues
  • Experience in product testing, digital health platforms, public health, or clinical research
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on being high-touch with a patient and solution first mentality
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to tactfully and effectively handle escalations
  • Superior judgment, problem solving, and organizational skills possessing high-level of discretion in working with confidential information
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and improving live processes
  • Knack for troubleshooting, synthesizing imperfect information into actionable insights, and creatively solving problems

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across teams (Care, Tech, Analytics, Provider Ops, Finance, etc.) to optimize workflows and tools that support the patient experience
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve team processes and policies
  • Assist in managing patient travel needs and other patient coordination efforts
  • Collaborate with other Patient Care Team members to continuously evaluate where procedures can be streamlined or policies updated
  • Test patient-facing and internal tools and provide feedback prior to release
  • Support reporting, information management, and data collection/cleaning for the Patient Care team, the Operations team, and in partnership with other teams
  • Contribute ideas and insights that lead to more efficient processes and better outcomes for patients and the care team
