Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Data Operations, Business Analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English — both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (ideally HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience creating sales enablement content such as playbooks, battlecards, and case studies
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting and data analysis techniques
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales playbooks, define the buyer’s journey, and improve forecasting accuracy in collaboration with the Head of Sales
- Maintain clean and reliable CRM data, monitor changes in key contacts, and support hypothesis testing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Create demo environments, tailored presentations, competitor battlecards, and customer case studies to support the sales process
- Work closely with Marketing to align sales and marketing funnels and continuously refine outbound strategies
- Build dashboards to track key sales metrics and implement streamlined processes to boost sales and marketing efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Experience working closely with both sales and marketing teams
