Carrier Relations Manager

Summary

As a Carrier Relations Manager at CEQUENS, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships with MNOs, delivering innovative technologies, and driving growth. The role covers North Africa and the Middle East.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in carrier relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in carrier relations, business development, or a related role within the telecommunications industry
• Strong understanding of mobile network operations, technologies, and market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• In-depth knowledge of the SMS and CPaaS industry, including regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with MNOs globally
• Implement strategies to enhance partnerships with MNOs
• Present and promote CEQUENS’ innovative technologies and solutions to MNO partners
• Drive CPaaS sales by identifying opportunities and developing channel partnerships
• Play a key role in driving the expansion of CEQUENS’ market presence by identifying opportunities for growth

Preferred Qualifications

• A2P SMS and CPaaS experience
• Good network with MNOs and attend events
