Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-10 years in business development or B2B sales in the insurance industry or Insurtech
  • A strong track record of exceeding targets, negotiating deals, and fostering relationships
  • Deep understanding of the insurance ecosystem, digital customer onboarding, and core insurance products
  • Skilled in using CRM software, BI platforms, and data analytics to make informed decisions
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presenting to senior executives
  • A proactive, resourceful individual with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing carrier partners, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and sales volume
  • Proactively seek out, negotiate, and finalize partnerships with insurance carriers to drive business growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, including periodic business reviews and proposals for new products and opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze data to measure performance, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Work closely with internal product teams to implement recommendations and track performance
