Summary
Join Nabis, the leading licensed cannabis wholesale platform, as a Central Operations Project Manager! Lead and execute multi-site, cross-functional process improvement projects across logistics, training, and warehouse management. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop project plans, and ensure alignment with company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and experience in supply chain or logistics operations. Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or other cross-functional leadership capacity
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and various business software (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field; MS/MA a plus
- Budget and P&L management experience
- Systematic and highly analytical work habits
- Excellent time management skills
- Low-ego, adaptable, and high EQ
- Willing and able to travel domestically up to 30% at peak times
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-site, cross-functional projects focused on process improvements in logistics, training/development, internal software systems and warehouse operations
- Using Asana, centrally develop and execute detailed project plans, including defining scope, setting timelines, and allocating resources to ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to identify project requirements, align objectives, and establish effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Track and report on project performance, including key metrics, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure transparency and accountability
- Manage risks and resolve issues proactively, making data-informed decisions to keep projects on track and within budget
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project impact, capture feedback, and identify opportunities for further improvement
