Summary
Join Lift Auto Group's Operations and Centralization team as a fully remote Centralized Estimator! This role requires 5+ years of collision estimating experience and prioritizes candidates with Tesla Certification. You will provide frontline client service, manage appointments and estimates, order parts, post invoices, and ensure customer understanding of insurance processes. Requirements
- 5 yearsโ experience in collision estimating
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and desire to strive for excellence
- A basic understanding of insurance companiesโ guidelines
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire repair process
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline client service: respond appropriately to virtual, online & telephone inquiries, and maintain timely communication with shop staff and customers during the repair process
- Schedule estimate and repair appointments
- Accurately complete estimates according to company standard operating procedures for estimates and parts
- Support the ordering and sourcing of parts
- Accurately post invoices in a timely manner
- Ensure customers have a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles
- Manage/support the customer experience. Use Nexsyis for the full cycle of the repair process โ contacting the customer with repair status updates, ensuring the customer authorization is given prior to commencing repairs, arranging alternate transportation for customers and preparation for delivery of the repaired vehicle to the customer
- Actively participate in supporting the workflow of the supporting shops including daily meetings and willingness to take on other duties as requested by operations manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Tesla Certification
- In-depth knowledge of estimating software (i.e. Mitchell and Qapter)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record of high-quality customer service
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize competing tasks
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop additional knowledge
