  • Familiarity with resource planning, capacity management, and delivery scheduling best practices to ensure effective utilisation of organisational assets
  • Demonstrated proficiency in key tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and JIRA, facilitating efficient tracking and communication of change activities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all Business and IT change activities across multiple teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and timelines
  • Facilitate and chair Change Prioritisation and Triage forums, driving consensus among cross-functional stakeholders including developers, designers, testers and senior leadership
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of change deliverables by the appropriate Delivery Teams, proactively resolving challenges to maintain momentum and quality
  • Proactively monitor resource allocation and progress against agreed timelines, identifying and escalating risks, issues or delays to maintain delivery momentum
  • Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, cost optimisation, revenue growth and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving
  • Provide strategic guidance and influence on change governance, ensuring adherence to risk management protocols and compliance requirements
  • Oversee the development of accurate cost estimated and impact assessments, enabling informed decision-making throughout the change lifecycle
  • Track and review actual costs against forecasts, challenging variances where necessary and escalating significant deviations to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the Financial Services sector, bringing valuable industry insight and contextual knowledge
  • Exposure to a variety of project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks, with the ability to adapt approaches to suit specific programme needs
  • Awareness of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Software as a Service (SaaS) operational models, contributing to broader understanding of service delivery environments
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance-driven change, supporting governance and risk mitigation efforts
