Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles within the EV charging or related industries
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging solutions, technology, and market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively, both internally and externally
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Partner Pipeline Management: Identify, evaluate, and help drive sales of individual opportunities living under assigned channel partner accounts
  • Travel: 40% of time. Quarterly partner visits are to be done to establish โ€œGo To Marketโ€ quarterly goals
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for reseller partners
  • Sales Enablement: Equip reseller partners with the necessary sales tools, marketing collateral, and technical resources
  • Performance Tracking: Set performance objectives and sales targets for partners
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, incentives, and market developments
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support
