Summary
Join Tigera, a leader in container security, as a Channel Account Manager to expand our partner network. This highly visible role involves recruiting, onboarding, and managing partners (resellers, MSPs, and Systems Integrators) to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for researching and engaging potential partners, managing a pipeline, coordinating enablement and training, and collaborating on co-marketing and co-selling initiatives. Based in Vancouver, BC (hybrid) or remotely in Canada, this role reports to the CRO and requires moderate travel. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in channel account management within enterprise software or SaaS, strong sales skills, and established partner relationships. Requirements
- 3+ years of related channel account management experience in enterprise software or SaaS
- 3+ year of enterprise software sales experience
- Established partner relationships across North America
- Mastery of at least ONE of the following technical tools: Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo
- Comfortable and confident engaging with very technical people
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated to build strong relationships with partners
- An insatiable level of curiosity and a constant learner
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in an enterprise sales role
Responsibilities
- Research potential partners, resellers, MSPs, and Systems Integrators, identify key players, generate interest, and develop relationships to drive opportunity
- Engage potential partners, resellers, MSPs, and Systems Integrators, through phone, email, and social channels like LinkedIn and Twitter
- Manage a pipeline of interested partners
- Recruit, onboard, and coordinate enablement and training for new partners, resellers, MSPs, and Systems Integrators in the region
- Serve as a quarterback for co-marketing, and co-selling initiatives between the partnerβs teams and Tigera
- Drive business opportunities from target partners to support our revenue growth
- Execute quarterly business reviews with resellers, MSPs, and Systems Integrators
