Summary
Join Pax8, a leading cloud-based technology marketplace, as a Channel Account Manager (CAM)! In this role, you will support partners in selling cloud services, assessing needs, providing demos, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and placing orders. You will build relationships with partner sales teams, understand customer objectives, and act as a cloud technology expert. The position requires at least one year of relevant experience and a B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience. Pax8 offers a competitive compensation package, including an OTE of $74,550, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Have at least one (1) year of relevant work experience
- Be a team player that is accountable for results
- Have the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Have experience handling cold calling to close
- Have the ability to acquire and/or demonstrate a solid understanding of business technology products and services for categories such as Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, and Security
- Have a B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and manage the sales cycle, identifying prospects and closing new business with the primary goal of driving revenue and increasing Pax8 market share
- Utilize the Pax8 sales methodology and manage a 30/60/90-day sales funnel
- Build relationships with partner sales teams to strategize new sales opportunities
- Identify and understand the customer's business objectives and serve as a cloud technology expert providing business solutions to resolve the prospect's pain points
- Provide support to other CAMs to qualify, quote, and close Cloud Service deals
- Assist in training other CAMs on Cloud Services
