Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer/Partner Success, Account Management, Channel Account Management, or a direct sales role
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, specifically related to the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with HubSpot, or other similar CRM platforms
- Passionate about building a partner community: providing value to your clients through developing deep relationships, understanding their business needs, and making product recommendations
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, delivering solutions that increase their overall satisfaction and help grow partner adoption while delivering exceptional value
- Own a book of business; build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organisations
- Meet or exceed team and individual goals in partner expansion, retention, and satisfaction
- Develop creative ways to engage with partners to enable growth and customer success
