Summary

Join our international technology company as an Advisor Channel Director and build a thriving network of partners. You will be responsible for developing new and existing partnerships, driving revenue growth, and exceeding sales quotas. This role requires strong prospecting, training, and relationship-building skills, along with proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office. You will collaborate with various teams to create and implement customer solutions and troubleshoot issues. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of channel experience in relevant industries and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The position involves 30-50% travel.

Requirements

  • Ability to prospect, follow up and onboard new sales partners through outbound recruiting calls, emails and presentations
  • Accountability of funnel progression and accurate forecasting is a must
  • Appreciation of a fast-paced environment and flexibility in overall attitude a must
  • Ability to exceed quota
  • Proven ability to take direction then work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability to concisely explain deal completion steps and articulate next steps towards a successful outcome a must
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce
  • 3+ years of Channel experience or selling experience of Voice/Data/VOIP/Wireless or similar services
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new partners in the assigned region by working with current TSDs, establishing rapport, attending trade shows, local and regional events, and virtual events
  • Recruit, develop, and train new channel partners in your assigned territory
  • Assist partners with sales opportunities, including proposal creation, attending appointments, and conducting product demonstrations
  • Work with the Solutions Engineering team to create and implement customer solutions
  • Troubleshoot and collaborate with teams, including sales, technical operations, engineering, and customer success, to resolve issues
  • Serve as the main point of contact for channel partners
  • Accurately manage funnel progression and forecasting in Salesforce CRM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing Hubspot as CRM
  • Willing to travel 30 - 50% of job
