Summary
Join Vonage, a leader in UCaaS and CCaaS, as a National Strategic Channel Director to drive channel partnership growth. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships within the cloud communications, UCaaS, or CCaaS sectors
- Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and expanding channel partnerships
- In-depth knowledge of cloud communications technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and international teams
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and strengthen high-value channel partnerships that support Vonageโs long-term growth plans
- Build and sustain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive successful business collaborations
- Partner with channel stakeholders to create and implement joint GTM strategies that align with industry needs and channel objectives
- Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of partnership initiatives
- Track, assess, and enhance channel performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
- Leverage partnerships to increase Vonageโs presence in new and existing market segments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with technology distributors, global systems integrators, or technology consulting firms
- Adept at navigating complex corporate structures and influencing key business decisions
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a strong commitment to driving partner success
