Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or strategic partnerships within the cloud communications, UCaaS, or CCaaS sectors
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and expanding channel partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud communications technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and international teams
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Channel Development: Identify, establish, and strengthen high-value channel partnerships that support Vonageโ€™s long-term growth plans
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive successful business collaborations
  • GTM Strategy: Partner with channel stakeholders to create and implement joint GTM strategies that align with industry needs and channel objectives
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work seamlessly with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to facilitate the smooth execution of partnership initiatives
  • Performance Evaluation: Track, assess, and enhance channel performance through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Market Growth: Leverage partnerships to increase Vonageโ€™s presence in new and existing market segments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with technology distributors, global systems integrators, or technology consulting firms
  • Adept at navigating complex corporate structures and influencing key business decisions
