Summary

Join Deepgram, a leading voice AI platform, as a Director, Channel Sales & Business Development. You will be responsible for driving partner sell-to/through revenue, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's revenue goals. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers to identify opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and execute plans to maximize revenue generation. You will foster strong relationships with partners, drive partner sales, build pipelines, participate in meetings and negotiations, and create partner materials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales and business development within the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in channel sales, business development, partner management, or sales roles within the technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sell-to/through activities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to work across departments to set and achieve goals

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions
  • Drive named partner sales through established partners, continuously refining and optimizing our sell-to/through strategies
  • Build partner sell-to/through pipeline growth by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into opportunities
  • Participate in partner + customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close sell-to/through deals
  • Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties
  • Monitor and report on the progress of sell-to/through opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue targets
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Deepgram's product offerings and target markets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that could impact partner sell-to/through initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains
