Channel Partner Account Manager

Join Hightouch as a Partner Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with key consulting and SI partners. This role centers on generating leads and closing sales, collaborating closely with North American sales teams on partner-driven opportunities. You will work with top data and martech consultants, significantly impacting Hightouch's growth and customer success. This position offers substantial autonomy and responsibility, playing a vital part in Hightouch's future. The role involves managing partner relationships, advocating for partners internally, strategizing with account executives, developing resources for partner success, and collaborating on marketing initiatives. The position requires significant experience in a quota-carrying role and managing relationships with consulting firms.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a similar quota-carrying role
- Prior experience managing relationships with regional SIs and boutique consulting firms; understanding of partner organizational structure, business model, and motivations in partnership
- Willingness to work with partners across North America and EMEA
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop creative strategies to solve complex problems
- Motivated self-starter that enjoys working in high-growth scale-up environments
Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic book of partners to drive new business and expansion pipeline
- Advocate for our partners internally, guide our partnership strategy as we grow, and increase our alignment with SI partners in deals
- Be a strategic partner to our AEs, helping with SI alignment, deal strategy, and implementation planning and execution
- Develop new materials and processes to ensure partner success and encourage deal flow
- Work with the Hightouch marketing team on partner co-marketing projects (e.g. content, events, conferences)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with marketing technology, customer data, and/or analytics
- Existing relationships with good-fit partners for Hightouch
Benefits
- The salary range for this position is 160,000-190,000 on target earning , which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy
