Requirements

  • A professional with proven experience in project management, especially within sales teams and/or tech companies, consulting firms or comparable experience
  • Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
  • Equipped with strong problem-solving and analytics skills, capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • Fosters relationships through rapport building and is a trusted resource from lower-level to executive stakeholders
  • An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead complex projects
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles

Responsibilities

  • Engage and connect with senior stakeholders to collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and at the channel partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Leverage internal and external stakeholders appropriately to speed up and increase the likelihood of success in project deliveries
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying possible risks and problems before they arise and considering courses of action for different scenarios
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members through active listening, open dialogue, and structured communication
  • Take a consultative approach to negotiation, assessing the situation, creating solutions that benefit both parties and influencing stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, designing, and implementing innovative solutions that transform and continuously help to improve our company
