Summary

Join Cloudian, a leading provider of object storage solutions, as a Channel Sales Manager to drive growth within your assigned territory. You will manage and expand relationships with key partners, including VARs, distributors, and systems integrators. This role focuses on accelerating revenue growth and driving adoption of Cloudian’s object storage solutions through strategic collaboration. Responsibilities include developing and executing joint go-to-market plans, identifying new partnerships, and providing sales forecasting and reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to support partner success and represent Cloudian at industry events. Success in this role requires a proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue and building strong partner relationships.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the technology industry
  • Proven track record of growing partner-sourced revenue and building successful partner relationships across all levels
  • Experience working with VARs, distributors (e.g., CLIMB, Carahsoft), and solutions providers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to all-levels of the Channel Ecosystem
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment
  • Some travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow revenue through Cloudian’s channel partners in the assigned region
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with resellers, distributors, and alliance partners
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans and enablement strategies to increase partner pipeline and sales performance
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and onboard high-potential partners
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management to support Sales team for opportunities to move toward closure
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and product teams to support partner success
  • Create, strengthen, and leverage product alliances at the partner to grow opportunities
  • Deliver partner training, deal support, and sales enablement to accelerate time-to-revenue
  • Represent Cloudian at partner events, trade shows, and joint campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud storage, backup, or data management technologies is preferred
