Channel Sales Manager

Summary

Join us at the National Safety Council as a Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute our chapter & channel sales strategy, manage and expand our network of channel partners, and drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and distributor management
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as required for partner management and sales events

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
• Provide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their sales effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions for channel partners
• Monitor and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports to management
• Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid conflicts and maximize overall sales
• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and expand the channel partner base
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with channel partners
