Summary

Join SafeBase as we seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel sales strategy. This is a quota-carrying role, responsible for driving significant revenue growth through the development and management of strategic channel partnerships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales or partnerships, with a proven track record of generating significant revenue through channel partners
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs from scratch
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity and sales enablement landscape, with a bonus for experience in the GRC or RFP domain
  • Experience with MSSPs, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators, Technology partners, Private Equities and other strategic partners
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across teams
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive channel partnership strategy that aligns with SafeBase's business goals and revenue targets
  • Drive substantial revenue growth by identifying, recruiting, and managing high-impact channel partners, including MSSPs, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Systems Integrators, and other strategic partners
  • Build and scale SafeBaseโ€™s channel partner program from scratch, including partner onboarding, training, enablement, and incentives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success and long-term collaboration
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track partner performance and revenue contribution, providing regular reports to the executive team
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through strategic partnerships, expanding SafeBaseโ€™s footprint in existing and new markets
