• Proven experience for more than a decade as a CFO or similar financial leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing complex capital stacks with various parties
• History of contributing strongly to significant business financial growth
• Absolute expert in corporate finance
• Highly analytical with expertise in data analysis and forecasting models
• Solid blend of strategic vision, technical skills, and high detail orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills with personal attributes of integrity, drive, and humility
• Track record of acquiring, developing, and retaining great talent globally
