Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a strong understanding of blockchain technology

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals
