Chief Financial Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in the technology or financial services industry
• Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
• Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team to provide insightful financial data and analysis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Lead the development and implementation of internal controls and risk management processes
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and executive team

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
