Join Docebo, a fast-growing SaaS company as a Chief Learning Officer (CLO). Represent us at industry events, conferences, and media engagements. Develop thought leadership content, establish and lead a learning and development community, forge strategic partnerships, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary spokesperson and thought leader for Docebo
• Develop and share thought leadership content, including research papers, articles, and blog posts
• Engage with educational technology and learning communities to drive discussions on emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Establish and lead a dynamic learning and development community
• Organize and facilitate community events, webinars, and forums that drive engagement and foster a culture of continuous learning and development
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with top HR Executives and influencers in the learning and development space
• Collaborate with the CMO to align external messaging with company goals
• Identify and pursue joint ventures, pilot programs, and collaborative projects that advance both Docebo and its partners
• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy
• Design and oversee targeted training initiatives
• Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives
• Contribute strategic direction on the development of new products and solutions
• Stay informed about the latest trends in learning technology
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, to drive innovation and refine our solutions based on industry feedback
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies that enhance Docebo’s brand visibility and reputation in the market
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine our positioning and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement
• Ensure that all external communications and marketing efforts reflect our thought leadership and commitment to advancing learning solutions
• Partner with the executive team to identify gaps and prioritize internal and external learning and development needs
• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive team to design and implement a holistic learning and development strategy that aligns with our company’s strategic vision
