Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in home services, turf management, landscaping, or a related industry
  • Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams, with a focus on driving performance, creativity, and innovation
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media advertising, content marketing, and marketing automation
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing a brand, particularly in a competitive, service-oriented industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to drive marketing decisions
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Proven track record in executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and grassroots channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of how to scale marketing efforts effectively

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's growth objectives
  • Strengthen and refine the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving high-quality leads and improving conversion rates
  • Design customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and personalized marketing initiatives
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and drive decisions
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and local community initiatives that align with the company’s brand and growth objectives
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to support the company’s geographic expansion into new markets
  • Oversee traditional marketing efforts, including print advertising, direct mail campaigns, and public relations initiatives
  • Evaluate and implement marketing technologies and tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms) to enhance marketing efficiency and improve data-driven decision-making
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and drive measurable results
