Requirements

• A proven track record of leadership in a startup or high-growth environment
• A deep understanding of AI and cloud services and the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies
• Strong sales background with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
• An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating value
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A strong network of industry contacts and relationships
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in designing and/or mapping processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking strategic vision for the company's growth
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
• Build and nurture strong relationships within the industry to foster collaboration and business opportunities
• Oversee the development of products, ensuring they meet the needs of our target audience and drive user engagement
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
• Manage the financial performance of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and apply this knowledge to drive the company's growth and success
• Leverage a deep understanding of cloud services to enhance our product offerings
