Summary

Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS businesses, ideally in a global market
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and Churn
- Successful history of leading global marketing campaigns and product launches
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience building and managing distributed, remote teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with ShortPoint’s business goals
- Strengthen ShortPoint’s brand positioning in the B2B SaaS and intranet design markets
- Identify growth opportunities and spearhead go-to-market strategies for new offering
- Drive scalable lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Optimize marketing ROI by improving conversion rates and lowering CAC while increasing LTV
- Leverage data analytics to monitor, measure, and refine marketing performance
- Design and execute marketing strategies for product launches to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer-centric messaging and positioning
- Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed marketing team
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, inclusion, and results-driven collaboration
- Develop strategies to engage existing customers, encourage loyalty, and grow brand advocates
- Oversee content, campaigns, and communication strategies that resonate with a global audience
