Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on key decisions, initiatives, and daily operations
  • Facilitate effective decision-making by managing the flow of information to and from the executive office
  • If needed, can represent the LT in meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and gathering insights
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop, communicate, and track company strategy, goals, and priorities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring progress on high-impact projects
  • Assist in creating long-term business strategies and performance metrics to measure success
  • Partner with department heads to ensure organizational cohesion and efficiency in all functions (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.)
  • Provide oversight on operational improvements and introduce best practices for company growth
  • Drive special projects as assigned by the CEO, from conceptualization to execution
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Serve as a point of contact and coordination hub for various business units involved in strategic projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring key data and insights are communicated effectively
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff, providing leadership updates and ensuring feedback loops are active
  • Lead communication efforts around important company announcements and changes

Preferred Qualifications

An MBA is not required but a plus
