Requirements

  • Possess an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Have 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with experience in strategy, finance, or operations
  • Demonstrate strong financial modeling and analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risks
  • Exhibit the ability to think critically and strategically, anticipating challenges and identifying solutions
  • Possess impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Show a proven ability to lead and influence others, without direct authority
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic planning, translating ideas into actionable initiatives, and driving progress across key projects
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing commitments, preparing for high-level meetings and presentations, and ensuring follow-up on action items
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of potential investment deals, presenting findings to the CEO, and coordinating due diligence and deal structuring processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, implement process improvements, and track key performance indicators
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Handle sensitive company and investor information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
