The ideal candidate will act as a thought partner to the founders, handle various tasks from office management to strategic discussions, and have 1-3 years of professional experience.

Requirements

• Scrappiness, creativity, and grit. Demonstrated track record of clear communication, effective prioritization, and deadline management
• Effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day tasks such as office management, event planning, operations, strategic and product discussions, internal communications, and payroll

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion about decentralized finance and crypto
• 1-2 years of management consulting or investment banking experience
• Exposure to trading or fintech
• Familiarity with the Solana blockchain
