Summary
Join Luma Health as their Chief of Staff and work directly with the Co-Founders (CEO and CTO). This high-growth SaaS company (150+ employees) needs a leader for high-priority strategic initiatives, from conception to execution. You will assist leadership, drive effective decision-making, and serve as a liaison regarding company culture and employee performance. Facilitate communication between teams, manage the annual/quarterly/monthly planning process, and master key internal meetings. Support Board meeting content, and expect approximately 30% travel. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and operational doer with 4-5+ years of experience, high EQ, excellent communication skills, and stellar project management skills.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of work experience
- High EQ and comfortable influencing all levels of the organization; Demonstrated examples of successfully influencing without authority
- Team-oriented professional with a commitment to driving both strategic and operational performance and improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – polished, professional, clear, concise, and compelling
- Maniacal attention to detail
- Stellar project management skills and experience
- You're a true self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of business problems
- BA/BS Degree required
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Luma’s Co-Founders (CEO and CTO)
- Join a high-growth vertical SaaS company (150+ employees, leading health tech company)
- Lead high-priority strategic business initiatives, from idea through successful execution
- Assist and communicate with Leadership Team to drive effective decision-making, program management, and metrics/measurement
- Serve as liaison with Founders regarding Luma’s culture, morale, and employee performance
- Act as a key facilitator between different teams, ensuring that all parties are communicating and working towards the same goals – be the person who knows most about how the company operates
- Lead and manage the company’s annual/quarterly/monthly planning process; Capture key notes and action items; Hold teams/departments accountable to their objectives + targets
- Be a Meetings Master – Take control over the content and agendas for key internal meetings (e.g. Quarterly All-Company Meeting, Weekly Scrum, Monthly Reviews, etc.)
- Support content creation, coordination, and preparation for company Board meetings
- Travel requirement: ~30%
